I have been forced to seek additional employment. This is due to the current status of our economy. The computer guys are not going out of business, just our time will need to be more managed. This will be done by way of communicating through email more effectively, and less through Mike's cell phone as it will be off for the majority of the time. This way we can see what priorities need to be taken care of and plan out our work days accordingly. Now that my computer work will be condensed into 1 or 2 days, I will need to make sure that the important issues are addressed ASAP. If there is an emergency, I will have a technician available to service your needs within a reasonable time frame, 24-48 hours, hoping there are not many emergencies. Our other technician will also have our remote capabilities as well. If it is not an emergency, I will have 1-2 days per week off from work that I will be able to dedicate to making sure I keep my promises to all of you. Emails and/or the tracking system on our site will also help keep better track of time and progress and give us a virtual paper trail on time.

Website hosting and design services will still be in full effect. Abbe will be the main point of contact. Again still by email and appointments will need to be only in person 1 or 2 days per week. But the services for hosting are still stable and not going anywhere. So do not panic.

Please make sure you use our email address, , or the ticketing system on our website http://www.tcglv.com/help/  for all future communications. This way we can make sure you are taken care of in an efficient manner. If you cannot get to the internet or email and need to call the office (702-944-9635) , please do so and explain what you need to Abbe, in detail, so she may make a detailed note and pass along to either me or our tech. Out ticket system is also a great way to keep track of your needs.

We will pull through these rough times and be back on top again soon.
